For any concerns about your tint, please bring in your vehicle and receipt during business hours for a visual inspection.

Common problems you may be experiencing;

Bubbles: Window tint is applied wet which results in a thin layer of moisture sandwiched between the film and glass creating effect that looks lumpy and/or bubbly. This effect is temporary and typically goes away on it’s own once the tint has fully dried. (24-48 hours in the summer and up to one month in the winter)

Silver Border: Most vehicles have a thick dotted edge around the border of its front and rear windshields. If window film is applied over this textured surface, a silver border will appear. Although this effect may be cosmetically undesirable, it is an unavoidable side effect that will not harm the longevity of your tint’s lifespan.

Pealing: A common issue during winter as your glass becomes extremely cold, the adhesive bonding the film to the window becomes brittle and once agitated by the use of rolling the window down, the bottom edge may peal up. In this situation, please bring your vehicle and receipt in during business hours as it cannot be fixed through a phone call or email.
